Andrew visited the site to check on the status of the wall repairs.  He also removed the Icom IC718 for safekeeping (no longer usable via Ham Radio Deluxe) and the VHF 145.700 repeater for repairs.

Damien ZS2DLF had a quick look at the repeater and confirmed the TX is noisy.  Also found a blown 15A AC fuse - to be investigated

Investigate the over-deviation from UHF link -> VHF Repeater.  Levels tested on the UHF link receiver, and through the conference network all OK.  Found TX line level high on Philips PRF10 VHF repeater.  As soon as the pot was touched, levels jumped back, so the pot was dirty.  Worked its case and reset to -10dBm = 1.75kHz dev.  TX power = 25W, all OK.

UHF Link appears to still only have 2ch EPROM - change this to 4ch version next time.

Backup batteries looking in good nick.  All green.

Remove conference network to investigate the door alarm spurious reporting.  Fitted a spare Philips PRF10 for 145.700.  It has some issues with the squelch tail not always being there...

Replaced the ventilation fan louvre and controller, due to burnt fan power connector

Permanent key fault.  Found IRLP Computer to be the cause.  Removed for repair

UHF Link towards PE/Slipper TX faulty.  Found exciter module power rail missing - no Power LED.  Removed for repair.

One 12V 100Ah battery has a red indicator - low electrolyte level.  Bring water next time...

Investigate the failed VHF repeater.  Found spare to be dead, removed for repair.  

Also checked the wifi link to Mount Rd - the POE power supply/injector seems faulty.  LED Comes up but no power injected.  Fitted the repaired Ethernet POE modified switch, and the port comes alive.  Still no link to Mount Rd, but will check from the other end, from home.

Return the repaired UHF Link TX exciter module to site, re-installed and all working again.
Topped up the low battery with distilled water.  Indicator went silver = "recharge".

Do some weeding in the yard, looking much better :)
